As a member of the Federal practice, the Enterprise End User Training Administrator
will work on an implementation of Oracle Health Millennium and related technologies for a federal government client and:
- Responsible for coordinating training activities that support the client implementation team
- Support the management of project schedules, risk lists, and communication plans
- Help prepare progress reports and briefs on project status and milestones
- Support the delivery of services related to assigned projects
- May work closely with Subcontractors
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the functions listed above, this role will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
- Support projects with a goal of delivering on time, on budget, and with positive and measurable outcomes
- Monitor project health for assigned area(s); identify, document, mitigate, or escalate issues as needed
- Act as a positive change agent during change management process
- Shepherd project-specific content, to include training materials, through approval process
- Define, manage, and adhere to project scope
- Help to prepare decision documents with thorough investigation, background summary, pros/cons list, and recommendation
- Use, update, and customize client and S&P Consultants, Inc. and vendor-provided tools throughout project life cycle
- Create professional project deliverables and communications that are appropriate for a leadership level audience
- Come well prepared for presentations and deliver material in a confident and professional manner; facilitate departmental meetings
- Manage meetings effectively; identify audience, prepare agendas and goals, take notes, track follow ups
- Produce regular status reports; perform project close, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer activities
Required Skills and Experience
- Oracle Health (Cerner) experience required
5 years of related experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required (or 9+ years of related experience can be substituted for a degree)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
- Solution-oriented; skilled in grasping the essentials in complex situations, anticipating client needs, and conceptualizing both problems and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communications, including presentation skills and facilitating client-facing meetings, delivering top notch customer service
- Ability to tailor communication of complex technical matters for diverse levels of proficiency, positively influence mutually beneficial decisions, as well as build and maintain successful working relationships
- Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism, able to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and to alter approach or method to successfully lead change, reacting well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project timelines
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel

- Works remotely with approximately 25-50% travel required
- Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off.
