An Air Force veteran, Mark Summers has devoted his post-service career to working with IT leaders like Leidos, Oracle, Cerner, and Siemens to optimize large healthcare IT programs. His expertise in Federal Capture Management helps S&P serve as a responsive, value-driven resource for contractors looking to supercharge their teams.
As a battle-tested IT and business development leader, Mark knows how to navigate the complex world of federal contracts and has an insider’s understanding of both federal and DoD projects. Before joining S&P, he spent 20 years at Siemens/Cerner, managing HIT programs that required knowledge of strategic and tactical plans, governance, process improvement and implementation of healthcare applications and technologies.
Mark has an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor’s in IT from Western Governors University.
He is an avid outdoorsman, at-home anywhere from shredding the snowy peaks of Colorado to probing the depths of the Caribbean as a certified scuba diver.
